During my recent stay at Hariston Hotel&Suites, Pluit, I was delighted with the delicious food, especially the made-to-order eggs at breakfast. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive, and the lobby and room interiors were beautifully designed. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, which had a nice view, although it closed at 6 pm. The only minor issue I encountered was a temporarily broken WiFi, which was resolved within a couple of hours after I reported it.

The plant is outdated, but reasonably well maintained. Mold is omnipresent in the bathroom. Surroundings are more like slums. In addition, a deposit of IDR 200,000 will be charged even though the room was paid for in full on arrival.

It was worth its 4 stars. The stuff was HELPFUL and the bed was comfortable.

The rooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel itself had a great ambiance, with a stunning city view from the windows. The swimming pool was fantastic and the breakfast selection was excellent. I was completely satisfied with my experience here.

The soundproofing in the rooms was inadequate, making it difficult to sleep with noise from the street. the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to work.

The hotel is located near a toll road, making it easy to travel in and out of the area. There are many restaurants and street food stalls close by, perfect for trying local cuisine. Guests can enjoy a nice view of the city and sunset from some rooms. the pool is clean and relaxing.

The hotel's exterior may need some updating and is located on a street with homeless people along the canal.
